It could work, if they own the copyright to all this stuff then all it would take is a bit of artwork and then it could go onto iTunes.

I would love a copy of sasquatch studio recorded! .

Well, they've got "Everything's Ruined (Future Soundtrack of America version)" as a bonus track on the Japanese release of "Out-of-State Plates," not to mention the actual "Future Soundtrack" is on iTunes. I think the idea of the rarities album was to commercially release songs you could otherwise only get on rather pricey imports or through constant searching of the internet. With that in mind, the only songs listed so far that are likely to be on another rarities album (if at all) would be:

"Help!"
"Bus Stop"
"Monster House"
"Sense Into You"
"You Gotta Go"
"Bowling Shoes"
"Sasquatch"
Maybe Tom Lord-Alge's mix of "Troubled Times," maybe the "Crank Yankers" theme and maybe The "Hey Joel" songs, though I think the latter would be better off on a separate CD of their own.

Then again, I wouldn't necessarily mind having all of the songs you listed on a single disc, in addition to the live "Traffic and Weather" from "Live from the Artists Den," so... My argument is rather pointless.

On another note, I really don't see any difference in any of the releases of "I'll Do the Driving." I've got the releases on "Denise," "Troubled Times," and "Out-of-State Plates," and I can't really differentiate them. What exactly made the mixes different?

Don't go away mad... Just go away.

It is the version that appears on the German "Denise" single.

There used to be a neat little Fountains of Wayne B-Sides website, which is no longer in existence. However, I've dug up the relevant page which explains the difference in the German single mix of IDTD:

(You'll have to copy and paste the entire URL above into your browser, you don't seem to get to the page if you click on it).

I can get the particular mix to you at some stage. :)

We NEED a B-side disc after Sky full of Holes is released. Considering that the band takes ages to release a record, a rarities/b-sides album would satisfy my needs until then.

It could be a B sides/live album. I mean I would really love to hear a pro recorded live album of some of the Traffic and Weather stuff as well as the latest album. The live accoustic iTunes only album was good but they could do more!
