A Question For Long Time FoW Fans
Who is this man? He was the lead guitarist who came to Australia with FoW in 1999. It certainly ain't Jody!

Not a trick question, I have no idea who it is. The picture is a screenshot from a performance on ABC television here in 1999.
I guess I could try and look it up on the internet somewhere, but I thought it would make for an interesting discussion here!

I have no idea, Sherb, and frankly I'm let down by my lack of complete FoW knowledge. Ah, well, I guess you can't know everything.

Do you reckon it could have been JoPo in disguise?

Anyway, his name is Phil Hurley (ex-Gigolo Aunts). He was touring with FoW in 1999.

On one of the bootlegs that was uploaded a while ago there was one from either London or Paris that had a live set with Phil. I think it was mentioned
by Chris that Jody's Dad was ill or had just passed away.
So Jody had not left the band, it was unfortunate cicrumstances that meant they needed a temporary replacement. Either that or Jody was being cloned
at that time.

I rather like Gigolo Aunts. They've got a fun song called "Weird Sister." Not as "popular" as "Where I Find My Heaven," but still nice.
Don't go away mad... Just go away.
