So if the New Album is coming out in jan/feb does that mean jan/feb this year or next?

Ah either I have misread this or this info has changed since I last read it....
"Brian is currently in the studio with Fountains of Wayne recording a collection of new songs slated to be released this summer. The band is also

In the interview I linked to in the final post of this thread Adam talked about the album maybe coming out towards the end of this year.
I hope this helps with your confuzzleness.

chief engineer Geoff Sanoff....thats a pretty technical and fancy title for someone who most likely spends most of his time holding jodys head over
the toilet between takes and informing him the dust broom isnt his guitar.

I actually hope it comes out closer to summer.I always love it when bands I like release their CD's close to the summer as I love to blast music by
bands I like out the car window as I'm driving.
if it came out too early during winter time I feel like the excitement for me would be over by the summertime. I understand not everyone has this
idiosyncacy
I just hope it has a fairly even amount of adam and chris songs and that there is lots more jody this time around FWI'ing(fretting while
intoxicated)be that as it may.
another reason I think it might come out more closer to summer is it sms like they just got off the road with their acoustic tour I fin it hard to
believe they would now turn right around and head right back out.

Tinted windows said there will be one last single soon
Ivy planned an new album for early 2010, according to a post last year.
So maybe we could get something new from FOW in April / May ?

Actually Tinted Windows was touring Japan last week, and FoW Japan Tour will begin next Monday
This FoW Japan tour was announced about a month after the announcement of Tinted Windows tour date. Maybe Adam doesn't want to take 13 hours flight
to Japan so many times, and asked FoW members to do Japan tour, just after TW Anyway, I'll post here if I get any info about the release date.
As for Tinted Windows, Adam joked that they are planning to release their next album, titled "Tinted Windows 3", skip "2"

The capacity of Quattro Osaka is 650, and Quattro Tokyo is 800.
But...ticket sales are not going so well. They are giving away tickets

According to an interview Adam gave to CROSSBEAT magazine, he hopes to release their new album this summer.
Adam also said that the new album includes not only folk, but also more rock tunes. But they're currently not signed to any record label. It depends
on the commercial potential of the new album...
