...like traffic and weather? You guys are a cute couple.

Chris is my favorite, because when you're 10 you always like the lead singer the best. And I never grew out of that, so here I am. His voice is really amazing and he just seems kind of wacky. I like his songwriting a little better than Adam's, too. Although Adam seems the nicest out of everyone. And Jody is so cool. I don't know about Brian. With the other guys I've got an idea about what their personality is like but I'm not really sure with him. I do know he's a good drummer and he looks really cool on stage. :rotfl: But, really, I <3 them all.

I agree with intown. It's all about Steve! I <3 that pic of you and JoPo Fountainlover. I think that's the best I have ever seen him. Chris is hotter than eggrolls so I have to go with him. ;)

Still my guitar gently weeps

Indeed, Steve is a funny, friendly guy and if you're of a mind, is willing to give you all kinds of technical info, as is Jody. For all that he's super nice, I can't get info out of Brian, and as a drummer, I really wanna know how he sets up for recording 'cause his drums sound AMAZING on record!

I dont know why but whenever I look at that picture and look at the expession on jodys face I feel that right after the pic was taken fountainhead steps away but jody stays frozen in that pose with that smile and very slowly .....falls down sideways frozen like that and then paramedics come and pick him up off the street and put him on a stretcher and roll him away still with that smile and hand frozen up in that position.....I dont know why.

I think Brian for me.

Not sure why, I guess because I appreciate the fact that he does some of the behind the scenes work (like running the website and the myspace page).

Not that I really favour one member over the other that much, any band only sounds good and functions well because it is a sum of its parts.

I don`t remember, I don`t recall
I got no memory of anything at all......

Wow, Brian was super nice and helpful as far as info for me. Steve is indeed a very cool guy, plus ask him about some of his other shows, etc. He's got some good stories!

Coolest ever guy for technical stuff was Alan White of YES, he asked our room's dimensions, how many tracks I was devoting to drums, and my setup, and sketched out my ideal recording setup for me. It sounds BITCHIN'!!!

what do you mean how many tracks are devoted to drums? people multitrack drums also?

I thought they only did that with vocals and guitars. I just assumed drums are so loud and huge one didnt have to bother with that.

On one of his YES projects, White used 17 of 64 tracks to get an amazing mix on his drums. Once the drums are finalized, then you mix down to two or three, but we had 6 tracks to use, so we set up one mic for the kick, one for the snare, and then held two overhead for cymbals, one close-up for the hi-hat and my spare kick mic between my floor toms. It sounded pretty sweet. I played nearly dead center in the room, which has the most unusual muffling I've ever seen; boatloads of old paperback books. Not only do you get awesome sound, but you can skim through an old Dean Koontz novel in between takes.

I'm going with Adam. He seems to be the most important Fountain and is always the spokesman for the band in interviews from what I've seen. He is also, as far as I know, the one who can play the most instruments (ie. piano etc).
