Anyone who doesn't like Ben Folds should be tortured

Or, at least, tickled for an extended period of time

My friend Esther doesn't like him her e-mail is x31553x@hotmail.co.uk you should send her an e-mail that reads somthing like the following

Dear Esther
It has come to our attention here at the ministry of Folds that you do not approve of His Royal Highness Sir Prince Overlord Folds. In light of that infomation one of our agents will be at your premises in the coming days to give you a thorough tickling.

Yours Sincirely

But you actually exist... If you were God you wouldn't be able to post on this Forum as you would not really exist

I'm really addicted to the song "Learn to Live With What You Are". It's really pretty. That's all I have to say. :P

I just learned (from this video) that this song is about your pal Ben. I heart Glen Phillips.

Gotta resurrect this one - has anybody heard his new album 'Way To Normal'? I'd say - whisper it - that it's his best album of his career. It's pure pop joy with plenty of his trademark colourful lyrics. Has this on for a couple of weeks now and I'd say as an album it's more consistent than any of his other works. Most of all the songs are just damn good. Hard to pick highlights when there are so many, but if I must 'You Don't Know Me' (With Regina Spektor), 'Cologne' and 'Bitch Went Nuts' and 'Hiroshima'. Fountains of Wayne fans should love this record, really.

I went back and bought the bonus DVD version the other day. Excellent hour long documentary featuring all the members of his band and his parents being interviewed. Nice amount of music also - including the infamous 5 'fake' songs he recorded in Ireland on a crazy all nighter before a festival show. Really insightful and really good!

I like Ben Folds, but I haven't heard the new album yet. I liked the "You Don't Know Me", but not too much, although Regina Spektor is crazy cool in my book. I don't know.

Anyway, I'm learning the piano, and I've been trying and failing to learn some of his songs. Just a little tidbit from the boring life of sooperfantastic.
